Generations are metered in credits. As a guide: a photoreal image (any size) is 1 credit, a standard video is 4 (5s) or 8 (10s), an HQ video is 18 (5s) or 36 (10s), an HQ-Fast video is 14 (5s) or 28 (10s), motion transfer is 14, and a 4K upscale is 2. Each paid plan includes a monthly credit grant — 120 on Creator, 400 on Studio, and 1,200 pooled across 5 seats on Teams.

Yes. Every new account starts with 15 one-time credits and the full staging canvas — no card required. You can try renders, AutoDrive animation, and character posing to feel the whole loop. Free-trial renders are watermarked; upgrade to a paid plan for watermark-free exports and a monthly credit grant.

No. We do not use your private projects, prompts, or uploads to train our own or any third party's foundation models without your explicit, separate opt-in. As between you and ClayStage, you own the inputs you provide and the outputs you generate from them.

Generation runs through our AI sub-processor solely to produce the output you asked for. For the full detail, see our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and you can cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Because the free trial lets you test everything before paying, we don't auto-refund partial periods.

That said, if something went wrong — a double charge, a failed generation that still spent credits, or a billing mistake — email us and we'll make it right.

Yes. The Teams plan includes 5 seats with a pooled credit balance, private projects and renders per member, shared custom assets (org-wide uploaded models, characters and more), your own installed fonts, and seat management with priority support. Each member works in their own space inside one isolated organization.

You can export photoreal still images and AI video clips — product spins, character turntables, and branded moments. Free-trial renders are watermarked; every paid plan removes the watermark. A 4K upscale is available as a credited step across paid plans.
